Non replacement of parts for dysfunctional Water Heater unit

I had purchased AO Smith Water Heater [Gyser] on 1-Nov-12 from Jalaram Electricals and Electronics, Ellorapark, Vadodara - 390007.

Around a month back it stopped functioning and approached dealer for the same, I had called and reported the same on the call center as well.

I was told, and its apparent from the images as well, that the unit stopped functioning due to leakage in the tank which led to the corrosion of the tank assembly as well as the electric components therein.

Had discussed the entire case and written umpteen times to AO Smith explaining the history, development and the request but so far have not received resolution.

I was told that the tank can be supplied as its in warranty while not other parts while I have approached the company to have the entire assembly replaced and repaired as the fault happened due to substandard gasket and sealing assembly. As corrosion of the entire equipment and assembly can not happen overnight.

Also, before this instance I had approached AO Smith during warranty period as LED was not functioning but I was told that the unit was functioning and no need to open it. Had it been opened on that instance the leakage would have been noticed and addressed.

At this juncture, I request to help in getting the entire unit replaced/repaired at company's cost as this is more an issue of faulty product rather than any thing else.
