Frequently False Promises on Service Request and Very Poor Customer Management Team

Hi,

My Aqua Gard is not working from the last 15 days. I contacted the local service person and requested to complete my device service which is due from the beginning of January 2019. But, he mentioned that he didn't have filters available. So, he will not able to do a service of the device. Now, my water purifier is not working.

Later, Last Thursday 7-Feb-2019 I raised complained to address my concern. But, I received neither satisfactory response nor services till today. Again, I called on 10-February-2019 to address my issue on priority as in my area the water quality is not good and many several diseases increase in the area due to bad water.

Now, I am very dis-satisfy with your services and the false promises which you made last Friday to resolve this issue on priority.

Kindly, address this concern and resolve this will high priority.

Waiting for some positive action on the earliest basis.
