I have purchased the Voltas Ac 1.5 Ton on 24th April 2017.From Kohinoor Televideo pvt.ltd. Mulund, Mumbai.
I have registered my first complaint in june 2017.regarding the of water problem with water leakage but till now i never received a call or any kind of contact from your executive or technician.After 2 month i again complaint to Voltas for same problem
the engineer came and told me that it could be a gas leakage issue or maybe the condenser,"I'm not here to check for the issues, another engineer will come an check and let you know about the issues and if you permit, He will take your system to the service center for repair".Another engineer came and said it was the gas leakage issue and nothing else and he took the system to the service center . there are 5 times water leakage problem. i have registered last complaint 20 april 2018 for same problem (water leakage )
I am really harassed and disappointed from voltas and its dealers. Need help in this regard want my problem fixed immediately

    (Complaint ID : JGJN031497) I had filed a complaint against voltas today ...but the voltas service centre did not have any further assistance on my complaint..They didn't send anyone..I am really harassed and disappointed from voltas.
