Godrej Bill not giving, Godrej Semi-Automatic washing machine

We have buyed Semi-Automatic washing machine on name of my father (Pravin K Ahire). with exchange offer of old machine.
Dated:21-12-2016. (first some amount we paid. Godrej person approach Date.)
Model:WS EDGE 720 DS WINE RED.

One person (Sachin Sanap:9011834009) from godrej company have came at hone and we authenticated details and proceeded for purchase.
We have paid some amount at start (21-12-2016). Sachin Sanap said after delivery you have to pay full amount as we are paying by full cash.
27th Dec, 2016 Delivery of machine done.
(Mr.Sachin have given stand of washing machine saying its from company cost was 1050.but quality is worst.)

We have paid full amount and asked for bill. but Mr.Sachin said bill will send by courier at home.
and after few days we called him then Mr.Sachin said "senior se baat karo, complain karna hai to karo." also said "call ka paisa me deta hoon."

This is the way they treated us.

Month have gone but bill they have not sent.We have called so many times. but not received any bill.
after one month "Worst copy of Xerox" they sent as bill by Godrej. We have called to head office but they said this only bill we provide.
We have asked for original bill. but they refused by saying "humko mail ata hai and hum log print kar k bhejte hai."

after so many requests they said we will send original bill.
But now its 9th March 2017, they have not given original bill.
Why they are not giving our original bill?

We have request you to help us for this issue and we want justice for same.
Now we fed up about this.
We want our money back or they should compensate us for harassment. We want strict action should be taken to company so that no other customer
will not have to face these kind of situation.


Attached copy of xerox they provided and form filled from us.
