I had rented a room in Gurgaon from Fellahomes which has now merged with Ziffyhomes. I vacated my room on April 3rd 2018
Even after multiple emails and calls, I have yet to get my refund of 8360. Its been almost 4 months now.
All i keep hearing is that it'll be done but so far nothing. Nowadays their representative Atul has even stopped picking my calls.

Ziffyhomes Gurgaon -- Security Deposit Not Refunded by Arka Kumar Sinha:

    (5 of 5)

I rented a room from Ziffyhomes at S-331, Uppal South End, Sector 49, Gurgaon. It is been one and half month since I moved out of my Ziffy room, still they have not refunded my security deposit of Rs. 28,000. I have been following up with them repeatedly. I had multiple calls and emails with them. The representatives of Ziffyhomes are telling lie after lie when it comes to refund my deposit. I am going to initiate legal actions against them. Dear readers and prospective customers, if you want to forget about your security deposit at the time of leaving your house and would like to go through this hassle, then only book a room from Ziffyhomes.
