Not providing refrigerator or refund

I purchased a refrigerator from Girias Showroom, Marthandam on 09 April 2026 (Invoice No. CS/MHD/7149) using Bank of Baroda Credit Card. Despite full payment, the product has not been delivered till date.
I visited the showroom multiple times, but I was informed that no stock is available except a display item. When I requested either a new sealed product or a full refund, my request was repeatedly ignored and I was asked to wait without any clear timeline.
This continuous delay, negligence, and lack of proper response have caused mental stress and inconvenience, amounting to harassment and deficiency in service.
I request immediate resolution by providing a new sealed product or processing a full refund without further delay with penalty.
