We the HERITAGE RIVER JOURNEYS PVT.LTD - Cruising company do business on Ganges to voyage with American travelers. The Name of the ship is GANGES VOYAGER2. This is a new ship and launched in January 2016 . We purchased two quantity of BIG Commercial combi Machine Washer Cum Extractor.( Dryer) from Ramsons Garment Finishing Equipment Pvt.Ltd. - Kolkata. From the beginning we are facing trouble in one machine. Due to the problem in door to open the machine so many linens got damaged and we compensated our guests more that couple of times about 30000/- INR. After tele complain and written mails the sent there engineer after two months and sent a bill of amount 12000/- for some spare parts though we are in warranty and they promised to replace the rubber and glasses for which the problems are occurring, yesterday but today they are saying different thing. Please help . What is the meaning of warranty if from the very beginning the machine is not going well and its only three months old and under warranty. The contact person never replied the mails i sent and now he is asking the wrong money as they should replace the small things free of cost as they told earlier. The machine cost is about 4 lakh + Tax
