am complaining about wrongly charge toll tax at rajadhok toll plaza on Jaipur Agra highway despite having physical disability certificate of 60 % ,( polio)and NHAI guidelines the toll plaza person also misbehave. The shift incharge mr Sunny kharwail told that go ahead and complaint anywhere. His employee code is BS 15. I TOLD that this is violation but he was adamant.please tak necessary action.
