Taken my mobile handset SAMSUNG NOTE10 plus for repaire and not returning the same.

My Device Claim – Service Request # 10507768 provided by airtel and oneassist team.

They have taken my handset for repaire on 18 August 21.
Then they have asked me to pay the full bill amount of Rs 2183.00
1) I have repeatedly asked them to please share with me the detailed invoice raised by SAMSUNG mobile service centre for a price break up.

However, they have failed to share the same and repeatedly asking to pay full bill amount.
2) I asked them what is the liability of their company? they have no answer.
3) Now they have informed me that the service request is closed and they will with held my mobile for one month time.?

what is this?

4) How can they illegally held up my mobile in the first instance.
5) Are they not answerable to consumer and how can they dictate terms.

I would request the regularity authority to take URGENT punitive action against such company (AIRTEL and ONEASSIST)and direct them to return my handset at the earliest with suitable compensation for the period of holding my handset illegally.
