Disconnection of my Electricity without reason and without prior intimation

Sir
1. I am a permanent resident of E 44/6(GF) BPTP PARK Elite Floor E Block Sector-85 Faridabad Haryana 121002.
2.The electricity has been provided by BPTP on payment of initial connection charges and separate meter etc.
3.Business Park Maintenance Services Pvt. Ltd has been engaged by BPTP for providing maintenance services.
4. The electricity bills are raised by BPMS on monthly basis on the basis of separate meter reading of my own unit.
5.I am very much regular in deposit of my bill amount through online banking at appropriate Account of BPMS.
5.Because of their fault on timely updation heavy outstanding amount is shown by them on monthly bills raised by them.
6.Despite my frequent request they don't update nor rectify the mistake.
7.Now they have disconnected my electricity without any prio intimation.
8.On my further enquiry they cite the reason of outstanding.
9.Despite my every possible effort and intimation of my deposit proof they don't take any action except frequent disconnection of my electricity all of a sudden without any intimation.
10. I along with my 90 yrs. OLD father two online schooling children and my house wife do suffer a lot without electricity at this pendamic situation apart from mental tension, agony and harrasment.
11. I have the documentary proof with me in support of my each and every deposit and corresponding with them also the proof of their frequent disconnection and non action.
I do appeal for kind consideration of my case and best judgment by your honor at the possible earliest please.
