dear team,

i have booked hotel dasiy Mumbai through Make my trip with booking id of OYO hotel 1453 Hotel Daisy residency and same is confirmed on my mail but on booking dasy when enter hotel for check in they denied for room and saying owner of Hotel changed and our OYO tie up broken . I called both OYO and Make my trip Toll free no but after contioues harrassment of around 4 hours with my family i was not able to provide with any room . So irequest you to kindly intervene in thes fraud company committment and harrassment to customer.

My Booking Id was 0051015145 dated 8th aug to 12 th aug 2019 till now no refund and kind of harrassmengt with family and approximate double amount paid for different hotel booking.
