I Wish to state that I am Ashwani Kumar Resident - Khurshaid Pur Pandori Khas Teh Nakodhar
District-Jalandhar pin code 144040
dated 24-2-18 at the time of 6 PM I bought a lady hand bag for gift purpose from Bholay di hatti opp. to shiv mandir in Nakodhar main bazaar when i open the hand bag i found it was damaged i request to shopekeeper to change it he said he will repair it not change i request to bill but he said they dont give the bill to costumer he give us time to pick bag in next week after to visit.again he refuse i request him to refund the money or bill of

R1500.00 final he refuse to repair the bag and ultimately he nor change the bag i request to you go in to the matter bag picture attached with email
