Regarding harassment by Reliance Communications

My Name is Ashutosh Kumar. I have been used a Reliance GSM postpaid connection mobile no.-8467854556 since last more than 2 years. My complaint is over following points:
(1) At the time of start-up of my connection, an amount of Rs. 300/- has been deposited by me as a security money. As per service provider policy, the security deposit has been adjusted in first three billing cycle. But despite of several times request from customer care services of Reliance Communication, my security deposit has been still not adjusted by Reliance Communication in my any billing cycle.
(2) On assurance of Customer care executive regarding waiver of LPC reflected in the Feb., 2016 statement, i have already been paid my remaining bill amount accept LPC within due date. But, LPC again included in my March, 2016 statement against non-payment of previous month i.e Feb., 2016 LPC of Rs. 100/-. An extra billing relating to internet uses has also been added in my March, 2016 statement which is latter on adjusted after my complaint to Reliance customer care. I have already paid an amount of Rs. 510/- (Jenuine charges) as per my plan within payment due date i.e 26.03.2016. I have not made payment of Rs. 200 (LPC of last two months i.e reflected in statement of the month Feb. and March, 2016). Due to non-payment of these Rs. 200/-, i have facing a very rude behaviour from Reliance customer care executive and very non-cooperative attitude. They have tortured me. After my refusal from the payment of these Rs. 200/-, my mobile outgoing call facility has been barred on 03 April Night and after the payment of Rs. 200/- again started on 04 April Evening.
Sir, i just want to take your kind attention in the matter where million of consumers of tele-services has been cheated by the tele-service providers.
Sir, Kindly take a serious action against Reliance Communication and give me justice.
