Payment held for 6 months, We were sellers on Ebay which was taken over by Mintkart

Dear Sir

We were sellers on Ebay which was taken over by Mintkart, since ebay has closed in September, The TDS payments made by us are still pending and awaiting resolution.

We have been following up with their team for last 6 months < from Q1 of 2018 our TDS payment is not given back to us. Its of the tune of 1.5 lacs.

Mintkart asked us to make some payment of 20000 stating it was outstanding amount, this was one more way of exploting seller by asking them to make payments when they are with-holding our money. We made they payments by cheque promptly to get or money.

THey they asked us to submit our bank details and other basic information which they already had in their system several times over period of 2 months

After that there is no response. We have been trying to get our money by contacting the account manager. He seems to be helpless himself and there is no reply.

For a small seller like us , our business is heavily impacted, we expect immidiate payment reversal and trying to see how we can get some compensation for this mental trauma, and crippling our business

Earlier Mintkart was known to promote fraud by giving full compensation to buyers for items they steal and return empty boxes to buyers. This cases is yet to be filed in court

Request someone from MintKart team to immidately resolve our issue
