Sir it is an complain to that my family was travelling from Kolkata to Durgapur with the above 2 seat ticket ,and she was alone . Because she has leg injuries so for comfortable she use 2 seat . But your conductor say to the passenger that there is no rule that you can't traveller with 2 seat with 1 passenger . After requesting to the conductor about her problem he was arguing with the passenger that do you have any medical certificate and talking rudely with her and by forcefully he allowed one of the passenger to sit on her seat .And he has taken money from the passenger without giving him ticket please take necessary actions Bus no-wb39a/5698 journey date-24/1/2020 conductor name & no- Sandip Chatterjee ,9932115274
