Micromax service center harrasment and not servicing mobile phone

I have purchased Micromax q391 on 2015 but they have unable make my phone repaired they have totally ignored by service center not contact me but totally behave badly and totally harassed me and closed my service in their books knowingly and harassed even Micromax helpdesk ignored me even several contacts. they have told that parts are not available. and service center person said that I may do whatever I like, and totally harassed me. I am an Ex-bank manager So I take it seriously.I Felt very shamed by their service and I was totally distressed about it.
