Mental Harrassment complaint for Quikr company

Hi,

I have recently posted AD: 259363079 to sell Baby High Chair on Quikr through Android App. My ad received buyer's attention and Buyer transferred money to Quikr on 24-May-2016. Post this, Quikr team was supposed to pickup the item from my doorstep for which they requested me to provide them schedule. I provided a schedule of 27-May between 10 AM to 1 PM for pickup. The pickup person came at 2:30 PM and no one was at home hence returned. I called up Quikr helpline to reschedule the pickup even thought the mistake was at Quikr end. They rescheduled but no one turned up. I received 5 calls related to pickup by different departments of Quikr but my problem was not solved. Tilld ate (30-May-2016), no one came for pickup. Finally when these people called me today afternoon at 13:30, I asked them to cancel this pickup as it was a mental harrassment for me to explain it to different customer care executives from beginning as what went wrong. Second, the calls from Quikr team came during my business hours disturbing my work and I had to literally postpone some of my very important work related meetings to another day to explain the incident to Quikr fellows.

I request a strict action to be taken against Quikr doorstep and put a hefty penalty against them.

NOTE: I am travelling out of country from 01-Jun til 12-Jun and will be taking calls post this date.
