i had taken a Flat on rent In "Jagatpura" on 1st Oct. 2016" With Land lord Mr. Bharat Tak s/o Shri Om Prakash Tak 3/143 Malviya Nagar Jaipur

I had paid INR 7000 refundable security + rent 7000 on the day of taking possession and since i had also paid INR 7000 every month to Mr. Om Praksh Tak

Since due to Maintenance issues in the above Flat i had Informed to Mr. Bhart Tak as well Om Praksh Tak Also
but they never do needful action on that issue.

Also the landlord misguided me to do the agreement on a 100 rs. Stamp paper. and even they didn't notarized the original copy of the rent agreement.
Am unable to take any legal help.

Now they are forcing me to vacate the above property by today without given any written notice

And from last 1 week Mr. Bharat Tak, Mr. Om Prakash Tak calling me on my Mobile No. 9828593301 and threat me to vacant immediately either they will throw out my stuff from the property without giving any notice

I need my security money refund and a reasonable time to get possession

i had a threat to life as well my reputation same for my family

Please do the needful to get my refund security money as well a minimum 1 months time to get new flat

I feel that its make me mentally harassment and we suffering with the problems
