It's been more than one year since I became this company customer .The main purpose of the Internet was to comfortably attend college lectures, taking online exams, uploading content ,etc. But whenever we required the connection most importantly, their local service provider has each and every time excess amount of excuses due to which I have suffered many loss (most important in examination time too).
This time it has crossed all limits .It has been 5 days since we are suffering network problems .Despite of advance payment, we aren't receiving internet from their service provider and always get unsatisfactoy remarks .We tried contacting him but he repeatedly keep saying "After 30 minutes" since then 5 days has been passed which suffers a lot in exams and other daily important things.

Please, help me to resolve the issue without any further delay also provide appropriate compensation for this irreparable loss.
