I have returned money, but they are not giving back the promissory note and cheque.

I have borrowed money from the above said people. I have returned money, but they are not giving back the promissory note and cheque. Also they have taken my house registered papers recently by warning. I have applied for house mortgage loan. The loan has been sanctioned, and mortgage has to be done in Repco Bank, Kurnool. These people are not giving me my house registered papers for mortgage purpose. Kindly help in this regard.
