Housing society not allowing to rent my flat

Please help more than 750 families in Nariman Point Society Indore. We are seriously facing problems to get our basic needs like water & security after paying our maintenance and society is currently under Govt. Prashashak Mr. Ashish Sethia.

We are paying maintenance and still we are not getting basic facilities like water, Security and Housekeeping. Now with a new rule to pay additional Rs 1000 for water we are still not getting water not even 2 hours a day.

And due to this condition no family is taking the flats on rent and Society is imposing, we cant rent our flats to Bachelors which is against As per the Fundamental Rights, under the Indian Constitution. There is no rule by Govt. of India to take NOC to rent our flats still its been imposed. If maintenance is cleared we should be free to rent it to anyone.

I Spoke to Mr. Ashish Sethia that after pandemic everyone is facing financial issues, EMI and maintenance has to be paid and if we don't rent it it will be very tough to manage financially as due to lack of facilities we cant stay hence staying in a rented house currently and if we are not able to rent I hope you understand how difficult its getting for us.

I suggested that we will put a clause and at least allow working bachelors

Owners add the clause to rent agreement if nuisance created withheld deposit and immediately flat should get vacated weather it's family or bachelor (as it's not related only to bachelor many families also create nuisance) and security should be such that after 11 nobody external should be allowed without the flat residents permission.


Please consider this email as a concern and complaint and help us to get out of this situation.
