Harassment for money

webel services some of the agent pooja she call me and tell me about the job role and i said i'm already working but she said it is a easy work sir you can do it with u r free time and she is not told me about any agreement and i said i'm not able to do that but she is forcely asking to do that i thought it is so i said okay and i'm buys at work she call me again ask me some i'd proofs simple i send that then she said one mail i'm already busy at work but she calls me so many times to do and fill the details so i blindly fill the details to not reading any agreement and she call me adn said ou get the otp throw the mail please fill that your work will alert soon the next day i got the mail i simple open the mail and read it it was shocking to see the agreement next mint i call to pooja and ask about agreement because she told me about any agreement and i will ask to cancel it pooja give to there manager i he said its okay you can do the work money will come like that he force me i said no i'm busy at my work so u just cancel the agreement but he said i'm not able to do that okay and next day i got the work and open some link in that mail nut i'm not opened it and i call to pooja and ask again sorry we are not canceling the agreement so you can pay money for it i said i'm not paying any money because i'm not started the work and i call to customercare they said it is only posible to cancel the agreement with in 24hours they said but pooja and they manager is not told me is . if they told me i will do that ut they are not told me about that because they finally need to take money frome me and i said to custumercare guy and send pooja audio clip he said i'm not satisfied so you have to pay(if he satisfied the audio call he have a chance to cancel the agreement? and that time also he have a chance to cancel the agreement but he is not doing that) he said if you not paying we will proceeding the legal issue on me.
after 7 days they send me legal notice to my mail and in that you can pay 6600/- money with in week or else you can pay extra 10000/- money for the advocate i simple ignore the mail and day before yesterday (05-06-2021) some advocate call me to my number tell me we are processing the legal action my clint and you have a agreement but your not done job so you have to pay for that and discuss with my advocate and settlement to my client or else i will send you legal notice to your home they said and you can come to gujarath highcort to settlement for it and i said i already inform the custmorecare and the pooja team and her manager also why should you call me again i simple ask that he said you can call me with your advocate or else i will notice you i have a all call records he said and cut the call i don't to know what to do and i have a prof audio calls to submit it and please take some action against them. thank you
