Harassment for dues

I lived in Hyderabad and commonly use cab services for transportation. I was traveling to Hyderabad after a full day of travel in the first week of December and as soon as I landed I booked an OLA to go home as my phone was about to get discharged. As soon as I reached my destination, my cab driver prompted me to pay 1011 in cash. I could also see the outstanding amount on his phone screen. I paid 1020 and left.

After 2 days I got a notification from OLA that 1011 is pending in my postpaid. I immediately raised a dispute against it and confirmed that I had paid in cash. I did the same 10-15 times in the days that followed. After the due date also, I raised the dispute several times. After a couple of days, I received a call from OLA prompting me to pay. I explained the entire situation to them and they said they will look into it and raise it to the concerned team. Since then it has been 4 months and I have received calls from hundreds of executives harassing me to pay. I have explained the same to countless executives with no results. I am still receiving threats and harassment calls from OLA asking me to pay or else they will come to my home to extract the meagre amount.

It is not about the 1000 rupees but the fact that I have already paid and explained the same to countless people several times, still I am being targeted for this.
This is really frustrating.

I want to lodge a strict complaint against OLA.
