Harassment e-marketing site “FlipKart” by Authorized service center

The product was purchased through e-marketing site “FlipKart” on 11 Jan 16 (COD Amount : 22990). Since then I have been facing problem related to internet connectivity. I approached Asus authorized service centre “F1 Info Solutions & Services Private Limited, Bangalore-560052” in Aug 2016. The product was accepted by the service centre for repair vide RMA number: INR/RMA/1680151 dated 06 Aug 16. Though the product was under warranty period, repair charge of Rs 875 was charged on me. On enquiry about the charge for repair, it was confirmed from the service centre that money was charged due to scratch on display screen. Though the connectivity problem was solved, problem related to non charging of Battery started to appear after two month of use after repair. On 29 Dec 16, once again I approached the service centre mentioned above for the repair of mobile set and same was registered for repair vide RMA number INR/RMA/16C0932. However, I received E-Mail from the centre for on 30 Dec 16 stating the approximate quote for the repair for Rs 1570 (though the product is on Warranty period). Again on 05 Jan 16, I received another E-Mail stating that the mother board of the mobile set was tampered by third party service centre and same is not covered under warranty. Further, it is confirmed from service center that the repair on mother board will cost around Rs. 15000 and option for temporary repair was given to me. However, I agreed for the temporary repair and same was repaired and handed over to me 06 Jan 17 and on reaching home, mobile set again started to malfunction and could not charge the battery. It is pertinent to mention that I have repaired the mobile only at the service centre mentioned above and not at any other third party service centre. It is not understood how the mother board can be tampered by third party service centre. Also, the repair center is located at around 100 Km away from my home and it is not feasible to visit every now and then. Also, I have contacted customer care atleast 45-50 times regarding my complaint and no solution was extended to me. Latest customer care complaint number A170146727.
I am staying with my children and my husband is working at far place away from home (2000Km away from home). My total expenditure on the product since my first visit to service center is approximate Rs. 6000 including transportation charge. I request you to resolve the issue on priority and may issued with either new product or the money spent on the product be returned to me. Else, I will be left with only legal option. Further I wish to state that the warranty of the product is valid till 11 Jan 17.
