Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to register a complaint against NBFC company "Bajaj Finserv."

I have an active personal loan with the bank since June 2015 and the loan account no. is 5790PL10601501. The loan amount is Rs. 2,31,000/-, loan tenure is 60 months and 21 months EMIs already paid. I have been a sincere customer with this company since June 2017 with mutliple loans without defaulting, however with my present/active loan I had 2 EMIs bounced.

Complaints:
I had received a call from Bajaj Finserv, legal department. He said that I have not been making regular payment When I said that he is harassing me, he abused me over the phone and was very rude (I have recorded the call). He also took my residence address to send summons. while I receive a call from their legal department who harass me to make full payment and take no dues letter. They do not update their record and pester customer to by making harassment calls.

I have all the email interactions and call recording with me.

Please take appropriate action against the bank for this kind a behavior with their customers.

    Hi,


    Even after sending multiple emails to Bajaj Finserv I still get repeated promotional calls from this company. I atleast 4 or 5 calls evryday and from different numbers everyday. This has turned out to be harassment towards my evryday life.
