Sir, A Photographer named Jangra Studio recorded a mata jagran video and promised me to submit it within 10 days. After 10 days when i asked about the video, he asked that dvd will be available after 10 days more. after more 10 days when i called him on mobile he did not pick my call. it continues till 3 days. then i went to his studio he gave me that dvd. when i watched that dvd there were a lot of mistakes in dvd like sound was one way, no names of family members were there which was promised etc. i returned back that dvd to him and requested him to correct it. now he is not giving me my dvd and not picking my call.i have called him approx 10 times and he is not replying. he has taken 5000 rs me for the dvd. please help me in this matter. either make return my corrected dvd or return my 5000 rs back
