Getting harrash & financial losses for the RELIANCE DIGITAL Store, Benachity, Durgapur.

I went to bought an AC from the Reliance Digital Store, Benacity, Durgapur, WB, on 11/04/23, but they make a false commitment to deliver the product to my house within 5days. But after 5days on 17/04/23, when I ask for the delivery they said that we will deliver the product by tomorrow. Again on the next day on 18/04/23 when I call them for confirmation, then they said it will take 2 more days to deliver. Then I feel so helpless as it is my family"s need, then I have to buy the product from an another store to meet the need by cancelling the order from the Reliance Digital. Also they promise that my down payment amount will be refunded within 7days and I have still to pay the 1st month EMI amount, as it will credited on my accont latter. Now I can realise that again the make me fool by fake promises, because till today on 29/04/2023 I did not received the down payment amount back.
