I jayanta Dey booked a car to pay 25000/- by cheque on 16.08.2022 .IAm guided by Mr. Santu (9874965525).From first day I said I want to give Two lakh for downpayment .But Mr.Khan(9147007401) loan depertment of eastern kia could not gave me this ammount of loan .They gave me the ammont 1180000/- (loan ammount)There after I got a loan of Icici krishnagar brunch and ammount is 1692000/- by discussion with Mr. Shivshankar (9147007418) I paid 130000/- by online payment on dated 31.12.2022 . Then kia loan depertment started harras me.. then I send a cancellation mail on dated 12.01.2023.but till today they didn't give a single penny.... I visited showroom on 13th January for refund ... I contact mr. Shivshankar (9147007418) .He told me they return but 31.01.2023 Mr Sandeep Biswas (sales head) send me a mail that they will not give me any refund for not contacting us. But he knew my mail id ... His showroom knows my Bank details and phone number. And i have also the call details to contact ...
