Beaten my wife and now demanding donation

In last Jan month Mr Koushal dutta brother of ward president Mr Koushik dutta slapped my wife and pushed her from back side for which she was hospitalized and also threatened to lock my flat and garrage after that we file complain to njp police outpost. Next day Mr Koushik dutta called me for mutual near his residence which was not possible because my wife was in hospital and my son was too afraid after seeing the situation.
Today 4 members from local club whose secretary is Mr Koushik dutta, came to my house to collect Durga Puja subscription. My wife agreed to pay as per our capacity but they are demanding donation against my flat.
So you are requested to take the necessary steps Sir.
