Gas cyclinder is not being delivered at said time and we are facing harrassment from agency.

This is a complain regarding Ayushi Indane gas agency whose office is at Panposh, Rourkela, Odisha.
My consumer id is 7087225379.
Gas cylinder was booked by me and I got a message on 19th July 2022 that the cylinder will be delivered on 19th of July 2022. On checking the status it was found that Gas cyclinder was issue and delivered on 21st of July 2022 but that never came to our house.

The actual problem is Gas cyclinder is getting issued by the agency on time but the delivery person is giving/selling it to other person at commercial rates.

I am raising this complaint on 27th of July 2022 where still the cyclinder has not been delivered at our residence.

Please look into this matter.
