electricity theft when we opposed our landlord harassing us by cutting off our electricity

sir we are residing in above said address for last 8 year land lord taped from our electricity connection and we paid a huge amount of bill for last 8 years we made coplaint several time but they ignored.they dont made any rent agreement nor they give us any invoice in regular way now we stoped paid rents and they cutted off our elecrticity we also lodged complaint in electric supply my coplaint no. is 1982550 but in vain now for last 17 days we are in pitch dark.need help as me and my mother resind in this huge problem
