name is sandeep singh age - 26 pin code- 140110 post office - baroudi( district - mohali ) contact number - 6239497330
Date - 5 feb 2017 . Some peoples atack on me. Am serious injured. Pgi chandiarh docters take my head opration. Now after opration 19 month go but am can not walk .pgi docters give me 62℅ disiable certificate ...
But police do not his work with honestly ... In feb. 2018 .. one year to go for my f.i.r registed .. but can not charge sheet file in court and no one arested.. so i go to police station . But police man Asi. Dalwinder singh demand 20000 rs. For charge sheet file in court. I give 20000rs. But he can not charge sheet file in court .. so 6 - 6- 2018 . Am go to ssp office mohali and am meet with ssp sir . And give my complaint to ssp sir . For charge sheet file in court . My complaint dairy number is- 1894/P/SSP (6-6-2018)
But 2 months go charge sheet can not file in court.
So i am go to punjab and haryana high court and file a petition . And high court directions to DGP punjab and SSP mohali to investigation and present the challan with proper ipc ..( with in 60 days ) .
But police can not work on high court direction . And Asi. Dalwinder singh call to me and said to me please come to police station for urgent work .. so am go to police station .. and Asi. Dalwinder singh badly bitten me and very harash me. And presure to me signature on some pages.
Next day am online complaint to DGP sir.
DGP office give me a diary number of my complaint - 2333/GC/DGP ..
one month go to my complaint but do not action on my complaint. And can not work on high court directions ... Please help me... Work on high court directions under ipc 307 charge sheet file in court .. please justice to me .. Strict action against ASi. Dalwinder singh police station - kurali .. dear sir please re - investigation to my case for high court directions .. and charge sheet file under ipc 307... Please sir ... Requested to you
