Dear Sir,
Maine 25 february 2016 ko Patna ke dujra ke bharat petrolium ke River View Service Station par Rs.510 ka petrol refill ke liye gaya, waha par pump ke staff ne bina mere paermission ke Rs. 510 normal petrol ke badle Speed petrol refill kar diya, Jab maine staff se puchha ki bina mere se puchhe speed petrol kyon daal diye to vo sahi se jawab nahi de paaya aur misbehave karne laga, waha par petrol refill machine me koi bhi sign nahi show ar raha tha ki isme speed petrol hain, jab maine bill dekha to pata chala ki speed petrol diya gaya hain.
jab maine pump ke staff se complaint register ki maang ki usne mujhe dusre staff ke paas bhej diya ki uske paas register hain jab main uske paas gaya to usne bola ki mere paas register nahi hain vo manager ke paas rahata hain.
iske baad maine iske regarding bharat petrolium ke customer care me 7 baar compliant kiya lekin bina kisi sunwai ke baar baar complaint ko close kar diya gaya Complaint No. ( 1151287, 1151999,1155104,1158279,1169702,1171224,1183330)hain.
to kripaya karke kharab sewa,kharab vyavhar aur maanshik utpiran ke liye dealer aur company ke khilaf mera complaint darj kijiye aur mujhe muwavaja dilwane ka kast kare
