Complaint against Paramount cuncultancy for Haraamwnt against refunding money back

I had applied for abroad last year in may. Through paramount cunsultancy. They took 1,50000/-from me saying if selecrion is not done they will refund me back. Sunce december last year i m teying to ask for money but they are not ready to give since then they are giving me time for 15 days n till now i haven't got my money back. Now either i will sucide or do something. because i had taken money from other persons which i need to give back. Please help me for the same
