Complaint against OLA for harassing me to pay dues which is already paid 2 years back.

I live in Bangalore and as every one I also use cab services. I had an OLA account but due to some vague reasons they blocked my account. Now, I had some OLA postpaid money due to pay. As I couldn't pay it via OLA app as they blocked me, they have shared a link to clear my dues. I also wanted to get rid of it and made the payment.

The link which they shared to make the payment navigated me to PayUbiz which I supposed is a valid platform to make the payment as these guys are already tied up with OLA.

I even have screen shot and reference number for payment. But OLA keep harassing me from 2 years, yes 2 years and say that they have NOT received the payment?!!

I mean what the heck?!! They blocked my account, I paid my dues on 20th feb 2019, my money got deducted and they are harassing me with no payment done?? This is really frustrating.

I want to lodge a strict complaint against fraud company OLA.
