Complaint against credit card fraudulent

Sir
Being a regular costumer for Bajaj finance , I been regular to payback my dues and are maintaining a healthy cibil score.
Thus Bajaj finance has started recommending me their super credit card, but I have denied the Bajaj finance super card linked via RBL bank, due to too much of insisting and continuous calls I have bought the credit card.
Since I dint have any usage I haven’t even activated the card.
Now Bajaj finance has started harassing me in the name of service tax annual amount yet I paid them around 500 Rupees, now they are charging around Rs.6000 . This is sheer fraudulence , in this pandemic time as a single working women in private sector not even getting half of salary.
Now they(Bajaj finance) are in pace of harassment by around 50-60 calls per day , I’m not even able to do or think about my personal life. As I’m turning 43 and are single it’s not possible for me to lodge complaint on other means I’m expecting a solution from your end.
