Deficiency in service Complain i had filed against SBI on 12.5% interest rate charged to my home loan account instead of 9.25% contractual rate,in district forum judgment order no-DF/SG/C-85/3018/2019/159,dt-08/05/2019,which illegally dismissed,without referring LOAN agreement and other relevant documents also made missing from court file,most of the hearings were taken secretly without me in Presidents cabin n not in court,my advocate ditched me and joined SBI advocates panel and not attended oral arguments and I was not allowed to speak single word in his absence.on page 8 of judgment order it is mentioned that me and my late wife has signed the agreement,whereas my wife is alive divorce case MP.no-23/2019/ll,even state consumer forum is also corrupt as not allowed me to plead with Loan agreement and other relevant documents,both bribed by SBI,even I was attacked by knife as I am exposing them luckily escaped with fine knife cut On my left eyebrow
