I BORROWED AUTO LOAN FROM HDFC BANK IN JUNE 2013 AND IN NOV 2013 I SUBMITTED PAPERS FOR BANK SWAP TO MY NEW BANK ACCOUNT BUT MY ECS IS NOT GETTING CLEARED DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL REASONS OF BANK AND NOT BECAUSE OF INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. I SUBMITTED PAPERS AGAIN IN MAY 2014 AND WRITTEN COMPLAINTS TO HIGHEST LEVELS IN HDFC BANK INCLUDING COO MR ADITYA PURI AND SENT A LEGAL NOTICE ALSO AS MY CIBIL IS BADLY EFFECTED FOR NO FAULT OF MINE...NO BANK CONSIDERS MY FRESH AUTO / PERSONAL LOAN AS MY CIBIL SCORE HAS COME DOWN FROM 870 TO LESS THAN 600 ... THERE IS NO DEFAULT ON MY PAYMENTS ON ANY LOAN...BANK IS NOT LISTENING AND EVEN CIBIL PEOPLE ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING TO RESTORE MY SCORE...WHAT SHOULD I DO
