on line shoping zotezo.com, i ordered shaving machine order no #100005882 dted 17.01.2016. i paid full amount Rs.545 on same day. still material not recieved.
lot of follow up done but no reply.

    In view of the "fantastic" service rendered by the fraud website and subsequently complaints being not answered, I tried to cancel my order: Order #100018766  which still shows the status as - Processing!

    Had I known that the service is as pathetic as refund policy would have never ordered from your website.
