Uptill now DBC have'nt issued me lpg connection

Sir I had taken new lpg connection on 8-8 14 . I have deposited nearly about 6000Rs. in your agency. Uptill now DBC have'nt issued me. I am facing various problems due to single cylinder. On the other hand; inspite of booking after defenit period , home delivrier shows unability to send cylinder in my colony which is situated even in roorkee.
