Dear Sir, I have submitted Axis Bank statement as a bank details required for Subsidy form. Now I come to know that Bank Pass book with photo is required for this. But I have a/c in Axis Bank and in HDFC which does not provide this type of pass book. Your landline no given is not working. please resolve the issues. My consumer no is 4458.
