Non-delivery of gas cylinder Received SMS on 05.06.2015

I booked one gas cylinder online against my ID No.3824 on 21.05.2015 (Booking

reference -258011). Received SMS on 05.06.2015 that a cash memo has been generated vide no.3000026475 for delivery of cylinder. When I was eagerly waiting for the delivery, surprisingly I got message on 09.06.2015 that my booking stands cancelled. The reason of cancellation is not known to me.Whenever I try to contact the office,I find the mobile is on switch off mode and the land line phones are not responding. Already 20 days have passed since I booked the cylinder. Do not know how to settle the problem.
