    Dear sir/mam
    I am bhavik vasoya from surat.i have a Mediclaim policy with life religare company. Recently i had suffering from dengue fever and doctor advised me for admitt in hospital and i admitted in hospital and after that i claimed for my medical expenses but that says (life religare) i am not eligible for claim and they declined my claim.. So i have no any other options for that ...plzz. Solve my problem... Thank you
