Sir/Madam, I have purchased two filled cylinder (Rs. 667/- each) against new connection 7065221418 dt. 21/04/2019 from Eureka Gas Agency, Panditwadi, Dehradun and provided all required document as per policy for the benefit of subsidy along with filled form for new connection. From May 2018 I am continuously contacting/taking follow up with the staff team of Eureka Gas Agency for releasing my subsidy against these two filled cylinder. Every time they people assured me to check subsidy in next month but not released till date. Contacted customer care Indian oil also. All are denying to transfer the subsidy in my PNB A/C-1603000102163814. While I am availing the benefit of subsidy for other cylinder purchased later on.
