dear sir/madam
i am a customer of deepali gas service roorkee for decades. i was using the gas regulator issued me by this agency. due to a decades long use the regulator gone defective , for which we contacted the agency. the staff there replaced the regulator with new one and charged rs 177/- ,while it should have been replaced free of cost as per the guide lines of IOC,available on internet .
now you are requested to look into the matter . thanks
