Receipt of gas subsidy booked for a refill of gas cylinder

on 8th Aug. 2016 I booked for a refill of gas cylinder vide ref No. 222474 through Roorkee Gas Agency, Roorkee. On 9th Aug. cylinder was delivered vide cash memo No.3000046084. But till date no subsidy was received by me through my Bank Indian Overseas Bank.
Pl resolve the issue.
