Gas cylendor not deliverd but subsidy is transfer to bank account

we book gas on dated 25/11/18 and booking no. was 135043 and we call lots of time for gas cylendor not recd. even after i went to godown for taking gas cylendor .they said to me give ur no. we will delivered tommorrow even after i did not recd. gas cylendor after that yesterday i recd the messgae of getting subsidy in my account and the cash memo no. is 202593 but even now i did not recd the cylendor so there is something running wrong in pushpak gas agency.my connection no. is 94046950 so now i want to change my agency. please help me.
