we are very frustrated with the service of indane gas of prathana enterprises indane gas agency air force road nit Faridabad 121005 .... i booked our gas 20 days ago online ...and the price was 615 inr .. delivery boy not come and no updates about our delivery ....when i went to agency ..delivery boy was there ...they haven't on leave ...then i asked for gas ..they charged me 695 inr ..they didn't provide me slip, they denied to check my gas weight ..when i went to that lady who are seating on front desk ..her reaction was so rude ,she told me ..you have to pay today's price ..but i told her maam i booked our gas 20 days ago...and the price as 615 inr..and its not my fault you have to give us update at your end of price high ..and online booking was not cancelled , no update from agency end ..about delivery boy ...they do not provide us slip, weight machine ..staff to delivery boy all are rude ,arrogent etc ..when i ask about all the details they denied and said do what ever you want to do....go and complaint ....we are not here for you okk...as agency said .....
