Sahaj enterprises, Govindpuri, got gas cylinder delivey confermation, but not gas cylinder..

Hello sir/ma'm,
I am a customer with Sahaj enterprise (Indane gas agency in govindpuri).
I got disappointed with there customer services.. First of all, they don't pick your call.. It doesnt matter how many times you call.. I booked my cylinder with online booking number 3 days ago, yesterday I got a message about delivery confirmation. I wasn't home, but now I get to know that cylinder never deliverd. So, what about that delivery confermation message.. are they going to sell that cylinder in black market ? I think so.. Its so damn frustrating..
Could you do somthing regarding this issue..
