REF LPG CONSUMER NO 6363 WOULD LIKE TO BRING INTO YOUR KIND NOTICE TILL DEC 2016 SARLA ENTERPRISES USE TO TRAFER SUBSIDY AGAINST MY LPG CONNECTION BUT W.E.F DEC 2016 THEY STOP THE SAME . WHEN I VISITED THEIR OFFICE THEY ASKED FOR DOCUMENT I HAVE SUBMITTED MY ALL THE DETAIL I.E. ADHAR NO COPY AND BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS ETC. LONG TIME BACK, BUT EVERY TIME THEY ASKED FOR ADHAR CARD COPY AND THE SAME WAS HANDOVER TO THEM MORE THEM FIVE TIME THEY PROMISE TO TRANSFER ALL MY PENDING SUBSIDY SOON.
AGAIN ON MY WRITTEN COMPLAINT DT. 8/12/17 AND 4/12/2017 DULY RECEIVED BY THEM THEY SIMPLY REPLY THAT YOUR SUBSIDY IS FORFEIT PLEASE UPDATE YOUR DOCUMENT. REQUESTED TO INQUIRE AND PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST SARLA ENTERPRISES AS PER LOW.

WHY THE SUBSIDY IS NOT TRANSFER TO CONSUMER FROM LAST ONE YEAR.?

WHY THE SAME WAS TRANSFER EARLIER BEFORE DEC 2016?
